Crunched builds auditable AI for advisory and audit. Its agents are built on each firm's own methodology and run as native plug-ins in Excel and PowerPoint, so every number stays live-linked from source to model to slide.
A central Command Center lets one professional run several agents in parallel, with full audit trails, local data residency and no training on customer data. Crunched raised a 55M NOK seed round and already sells to some of the largest audit and advisory firms in the world.

The roles we are hiring for now
Right now we are helping Crunched hire a Senior Software Engineer. You will own delivery end to end, from architecture and code to infrastructure and performance, and ship to customers who depend on every number being right.
We are looking for top-tier generalist engineers with strong Python and TypeScript fundamentals, hands-on experience with LLM-based products, and a wish to work on-site five days a week in Oslo, London or New York. We are also recruiting a Lead Designer to own the end-to-end experience of the AI analyst.
